Camacho: "It’s a reward for the team’s hard work”

At the end of the Málaga-Valencia match, three Blue and Whites players spoke to the media at La Rosaleda: Goal scorer Camacho, Weligton and Joaquín.

“It was time to score a goal, for a team victory, as well as from a personal point of view.  It’s a reward for the team’s hard work.  The fans deserve us to qualify for Champions and European competition, they’ve always been there for us and supporting us”.

Weligton
“It was a difficult match against a big rival.  We were completely focused on the pitch and it was a complete game.  We scored a goal and played efficiently as a team.  We all performed well, and were congratulated from the bench to the stands.  I hope the fans enjoyed the game”.

Joaquín
“These three points are crucial for us.  It was a really positive game and we maintained our concentration throughout.  We’re now focused on the match against Barcelona, we know they’re a tough team to beat.  We’ll also try and dominate the match against Atlético de Madrid, as we’re playing well in away games”.
