IES Rosaleda, located just metres away from the Malaguista stadium, held the 10th Active Leisure and Accessible Sports Fair. Málaga CF, via its Foundation, took part in the event, and presented the Blue and Whites’ values campaign, in collaboration with La Caixa Social Project.
Various representatives from the entity attended the event; Francisco Martín Aguilar, Club adviser; Aarón Escandell, first team player; and Sebastián Fernández Reyes, ‘Basti’, from the MCF Foundation. They presented a Blue and Whites’ shirt to be raffled amongst the visitors to the fair, and the Foundation also gave away 600 Malaguista bracelets. Singer, Chandé closed the event with the song ‘Yo Boquerón’.
Martín Aguilar said to the media: “Málaga always wants to contribute to the work undertaken by IES Rosaleda with all these people. When they hear the name of Málaga CF it shows the mutual affection we all have.”
Basti then explained: “For Málaga CF and the Foundation it’s a pleasure to be here, it’s been a wonderful event.” At the end of the fair, goalkeeper, Aarón Escandell was very grateful “to have the opportunity to convey the Blue and Whites’ Values.”
