Benkhemassa and Sadiku debut in training and Luis Hernández is back

Málaga CF returned to training this Tuesday afternoon at the Ciudad de Málaga. The first training session with the team for Armando Sadiku and Mohamed Benkhemassa, with Luis Hernández back with the group.

The main news of this afternoon’s session was the presence of two out of three of the Club’s acquisitions from Monday as the summer transfer window closed. Central defender Luis Hernández returned to the group, having recovered from the physical problems he’s suffered with since matchday 1 in Santander.

In addition, there was a large presence of homegrown players. Gonzalo, Kellyan and Alfonso (new) were the goalkeepers in training under the orders of Víctor Sánchez del Amo, along with Juande, Cristo, Iván Jaime and Hugo. The non-physically fit juvenil players, Ismael Casas and Ramón Enríquez remained in the gym today.

International players, Munir (Morocco) and Keidi Bare (Albania) were absent from training today, whilst Juanpi and Mikel took part in normal training as they are heading to the United States to join Venezuela in concentration on Thursday 5th September.

Tomorrow, Wednesday at 09:30, the team will resume training at the Ciudad de Málaga stadium.
