Ball work dominates afternoon training

The team was in training this Monday afternoon, and will return to work tomorrow for a double session, at 09:30 and 19:00.

Málaga CF’s pre-season continues, in the first of two stays for the Malaguista team over the summer. The first in Málaga, at Gran Hotel Elba in Estepona following an initial stay in Benahavís, and the second in Holland.

After enjoying a relaxing morning, the Blue and Whites’ players returned to work this afternoon in a session where the ball took centre stage.

Striker, Michael Santos was not in training with his teammates due to discomfort he experienced in Sunday’s session. He suffered a muscular injury to the anterior rectus muscle in his right leg, and will undergo diagnostic tests.

The Malaguista squad will be back in training on Tuesday in a double session, kicking off at 09:30 and 19:00.
