The hour and a half-long session included goalkeeper, Aarón Escandell and central defender, Mikel Villanueva within the group, whilst there were absences due to physical problems.  Rosales, (sprained left ankle) remained in the gym today to undergo recovery treatment, whilst Juankar is resting following surgery (left adductor muscle).

Both Santa Cruz and Mastour underwent training separately from the group, under the instruction of fitness trainer, Hugo Camarero.  The Paraguayan striker has inflammation to his right knee, whilst the Italian-Moroccan has a cervical muscle contracture.

Tomorrow, Thursday at 10:30 a.m., Málaga will return to training at La Rosaleda stadium.
