The team will return to train at 08.00, in the first of three training sessions for tomorrow. The other two will be at 11.30 and 19.00 hours.
Málaga Club de Fútbol started the week with an intense session at the Hotel Golf Campoamor. The blue and white team started training at 09.30 that lasted for approximately 2 hours. The session was divided into a warm up, followed by the usual rounds and later circuits with strength exercises, speed, resistance, technique, centres' and shooting at goal. The ‘icing’ for this intense session was the game at the end, on a smaller pitch. The entire coaching team managed the session, with first coach Manuel Pellegrini heading the team. Everyone was getting the maximum out of the players. Including the goalkeepers, who alternated between circuit training, and more specific work under the orders of coach Xabi Mancisidor. The club’s Chief medical officer Juan Carlos Pérez Frías, who joined the group yesterday afternoon, was present at training. The team has earned a well-deserved rest this afternoon, great for recharging their batteries to face the next few days.
