Álex Robles, indisputable with the under-17s

The ‘juvenil’ right-winger, born in Pizarra, has been in the Spain under-17s’ starting-11 for all the matches played by Santa Denia’s team.  Robles’ performance has been excellent throughout the first stage of the tournament.

Spain, after defeating Holland on Friday (0-2), and drawing with Serbia on Monday (1-1), are assured a place in the quarter-finals of the competition, having defeated Italy today (4-2).

The quarter-finals of the European under-17s championships will take place on 14^th and 15^th May; the semi-finals on 18^th May; and the grand final on Saturday 21^st May at the Baku Olympic Stadium, at 6 p.m.
