The Málaga Club de Fútbol Academy is made up of numerous teams that form the youth football structure of the Martiricos entity. The existing lower categories are Juvenile, Cadet, Infant, Alevín, Benjamín, and Prebenjamín, where young footballers grow both as players and as individuals, with the support of a group of coaches and assistants who prioritize the development of the footballer without neglecting the competitive aspect. Additionally, in the 2nd Andalusian Senior Division, there is a Málaga CF 'C' team that, with a federation license, accommodates academy players who play in the first and second blanquiazul teams.

The positive results in championships and tournaments, as well as the frequent international call-ups of players from the lower ranks, endorse the progressive growth of an academy that has in the Juvenile 'A', competing in Group 4 of the Honor Division, one of its greatest exponents thanks to its successes achieved in recent seasons. Moreover, it represents the final step for players before their promotion to Málaga CF's reserve team, Club Atlético Malagueño.
