LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE DRAW

OFFICIAL RETRO LEGADO MATCH SHIRT 2025/2026 SEASON

1. ORGANIZING COMPANY

This promotional action is organized by Málaga Club de Fútbol, S.A.D. (hereinafter, the “Organizer”), with registered address at Paseo de Martiricos, s/n (La Rosaleda Stadium), 29011 Málaga, Spain, telephone: +34 952 10 44 88, Tax ID (NIF): A-29680790, email: administracion@malagacf.es.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

Participation in this promotional action implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

In general, any individual of legal age with full legal capacity may participate in the promotion, provided they meet the following requirements:

  • Have completed the registration within the specified timeframe and in the manner established.

  • Employees of Málaga Club de Fútbol, S.A.D. are not eligible to participate.

4. DURATION

The draw will begin on April 16, 2026 at 19:00 (CET) and will end on April 24, 2026 at 23:59 (CET).

5. PRIZE

Two player-issued shirts (prepared for the match but not worn) will be raffled:

  • One (1) LEGADO 2026 match shirt – JOAQUÍN 11 – Size M

  • One (1) LEGADO 2026 match shirt – MURILLO 16 – Size L

The prize consists of one (1) LEGADO 2026 match shirt belonging to either Joaquín or Murillo, prepared for Matchday 35 of the LALIGA Hypermotion competition, in which the team wore the RETRO LEGADO kit and both players scored.

As these are unique items, no exchanges (size or product) will be allowed.

The prize may be collected at La Rosaleda Stadium or shipped within Spain (national territory only).

If, for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, the prize cannot be awarded as initially planned, the Organizer will provide an alternative prize of similar characteristics and equal or greater value. The winner shall not be entitled to claim any compensation.

6. SELECTION OF WINNERS

The Organizer will contact the winner by phone using the number provided in the registration form.

If no response is received after three attempts, another participant will be randomly selected, and the original winner will lose their right to claim the prize.

The first selected winner may choose between the two shirts (Joaquín or Murillo). The second winner will receive the remaining shirt.

By participating in the draw, users expressly accept these Terms and Conditions.

7. DISQUALIFICATION

The Organizer reserves the right to remove or disqualify any participant who fails to comply with the rules of the promotion. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any breach by participants.

8. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, we inform you of the following:

  • Purpose of Processing: Personal data will be processed to manage participation in the draw and to deliver the prize to the winner.

  • Legal Basis: The legal basis is the participant’s consent, given by entering the draw. Participants may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

  • Data Sharing: Personal data will not be shared with third parties.

  • Rights: Participants have the right to access their personal data, request rectification of inaccurate data, or request deletion when data is no longer necessary. They may also request restriction of processing, object to processing, and request data portability. To exercise these rights, participants may contact dpd@malagacf.es or write to Paseo de Martiricos, s/n (La Rosaleda Stadium), 29011 Málaga, Spain.

  • Complaints: If participants believe their data protection rights have been violated, they may file a complaint with the relevant Data Protection Authority (www.aepd.es) or contact the Data Protection Officer.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Organizer and participants submit to Spanish law. For any dispute arising from this promotion, both parties expressly submit to the courts of Málaga, Spain, unless one party qualifies as a consumer, in which case the courts of their place of residence shall apply.
