REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS

1. What does this raffle consist of?

Málaga CF in collaboration with ZOCO HOME are raffling a UNIQUE double experience. It consists of spending a night at the La Rosaleda Stadium. ZocoHome will set up a room in the VIP Preference area that will simulate a hotel room to spend the night of February 14. The experience includes:

• Private visit to the Museum&Tour La Rosaleda.

• Double room.

• Private dinner.

• Recording of resources for the media.

 

2. Acceptance of the terms

Participation in the promotional action implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms. 

 

3. Participation requirements

• Only individuals of legal age can participate.

• The companion may be a minor, with prior consent from parents/legal guardians.

• By participating, you agree to have graphic resources taken during the experience, granting these images to Málaga CF to be used later by the media (both internal and external) as deemed appropriate for dissemination.

• Season tickets/memberships for the current 25/26 season will have double participation.

• The winner must be one of the participants in this experience. The prize cannot be transferred to third parties.

• The experience includes a private visit to the Museum&Tour La Rosaleda, dinner for two people, and accommodation for two people.

• Transportation to the Stadium is not included.

• In case that, due to reasons not attributable to the Organizer, the prize of the promotion cannot be carried out as initially planned, the Organizer will deliver another prize of similar characteristics. The winner will not have the right to demand any type of compensation.

 

4. When will the action take place?

The experience will begin on Friday, February 13 at 18:30h and will end on Saturday, February 14 at 11:00h. It will take place at the La Rosaleda Stadium. 

 

5. Selection of the winner

• The raffle will close on Thursday, February 12 at 16:00h.

• We will contact the winner by phone.

• If the selected participant has indicated that they are a season ticket holder/member, the phone number contacted will be the one associated with the season ticket/member number provided.

• If the winner is not a season ticket holder/member, the phone number provided in the form will be used.

• If the winner cannot be reached after the second phone call, the next participant in the selection ranking will be contacted, and the previous winner will lose their right to enjoy this experience.

• We will contact the winner on Thursday, February 12.

• Once the winner is located, they will be publicly announced on the form page.

 

6. Disqualification

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who fail to comply with the rules of the promotion. The Organizer will not be held responsible in any case for non-compliance by the participants.

 

7. Processing of personal data

In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), as well as in compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, we inform you of the following aspects related to the processing of personal data collected:

·       Purpose of processing: The personal data collected will be processed to manage participation in this raffle and to provide the prize to the winner.

·       Legal basis for processing: The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject, which is expressed through participation in the raffle. The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

·       Data sharing: Personal data will not be processed by third-party companies or organizations.

·       Exercise of rights: The data subject has the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The data subject may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims, when legally appropriate. In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, the data subject may object to the processing of their data. In this case, the Company will stop processing the data, except for legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims. Finally, we inform you about your right to data portability as provided in the GDPR so that your data can be provided to the Data Controller indicated by the data subject. ·       Reporting incidents: In cases where you believe that your rights regarding data protection have been violated during the processing of your data, especially when you have not obtained satisfaction in exercising your rights, you may file a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority (agpd.es). You can also contact our Data Protection Officer at the email address indicated in this informative clause.

 

          APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Organizer and the participants in the raffle submit to Spanish legislation, and expressly waive any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the city of Málaga for any dispute that may arise between them, unless one of the parties is a consumer, in which case they will submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile.
