The organization of this promotional campaign is carried out by Málaga Club de Fútbol, S.A.D. (hereinafter, the Organizer), with registered office at Paseo de Martiricos, s/n (La Rosaleda Stadium) – 29011 – Málaga, telephone: +34 952 10 44 88, Tax ID (NIF): A-29680790, email: administracion@malagacf.es.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

Participation in this promotional campaign implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.

What does this draw consist of?

This draw grants access to a priority purchase of two tickets to attend the match between UD Almería and Málaga CF, Matchday 36, which will take place on April 19, 2026, at 21:00 at the UD Almería Stadium.

A total of 65 double purchase accesses will be raffled, amounting to 130 tickets in total.
At no point will tickets be provided free of charge. Each selected participant must cover the cost of each ticket purchased.
The ticket price does not include travel expenses.

Participation requirements

Only individuals who are season ticket holders or possess a Malaguista membership card for the 2025/26 season will be eligible for priority purchase access.
Likewise, the accompanying person must also be a season ticket holder or Malaguista member for the current season.
Under no circumstances will a person who is not a Málaga CF season ticket holder or Malaguista member for the 2025/26 season be eligible to enter the draw or purchase a ticket.
Only one entry per season ticket number / Malaguista membership number is permitted.
The subscriber’s details must match the season ticket number provided during registration.
The winner must be one of the individuals attending the match. Under no circumstances may they transfer their ticket.

When will the promotion take place?

The match will take place on April 19, 2026, at 21:00 at the UD Almería Stadium in Almería.
Travel is not included with the ticket.

SELECTION OF WINNERS

The draw will close on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 23:59.
Winners will be contacted on Monday, April 13, and Tuesday, April 14, after registration closes and the draw is carried out.

Winners will be contacted by phone using the number associated with the season ticket / Malaguista membership that has been selected.

If no response is obtained after two attempts, another randomly selected participant will be contacted, and the previous winner will lose their right to purchase.

By participating in the draw, users expressly accept the conditions described in these participation terms.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), as well as Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, we hereby inform you of the following aspects regarding the processing of collected personal data:

Purpose of processing: The personal data collected will be processed for the purpose of managing participation in this draw and providing the prize to the winner.
Legal basis for processing: The legal basis is the data subject’s consent, expressed through participation in the draw. The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
Data sharing: Personal data will not be shared with or processed by third-party companies or organizations.
Exercise of rights: The data subject has the right to access their personal data, request rectification of inaccurate data, or request erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The data subject may also request restriction of processing, in which case the data will only be retained for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, where applicable. Under certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, the data subject may object to the processing of their data. In such cases, the Company will cease processing the data unless there are legitimate grounds or it is necessary for the establishment or defense of legal claims. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Organizer and the participants in the draw submit to Spanish law and, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the city of Málaga for any disputes that may arise between them, unless one of the parties is a consumer, in which case the courts of the consumer’s place of residence shall apply.
