Waiting list for new season tickets

Málaga Club de Fútbol will begin this Friday, July 3rd, the process for requesting new season ticket registrations for the 2026/2027 season:

  • Exclusive and only for people who hold a MALAGUISTA CARD.
  • The registration period will begin this Friday, July 3rd.
  • Once the registration period is closed, if the season ticket requests exceed the number of available seats, these requests will be sorted by MALAGUISTA CARD SENIORITY, and contact will be made in order of seniority.
  • Contact will be made starting August 7th.

1. ORGANIZING COMPANY

The organization of this promotional activity is promoted by Málaga Club de Fútbol, S.A.D. (hereinafter, the Organizer) with registered office at Paseo de Martiricos, s/n (La Rosaleda Stadium) – 29011 – Málaga, phone: 952 10 44 88 and NIF A-29680790, email: administracion@malagacf.es.

 

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

Participation in this registration implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.

 

3. DURATION

The registration period begins on July 3, from 10:00 a.m. until Sunday, August 2 at 11:59 p.m. (peninsular time).

 

4. INCENTIVE

  • This is a registration form for the request to purchase new season tickets.
  • Your participation in the form does not guarantee the purchase of the requested season ticket(s).
  • If the number of requests exceeds the number of available seats, selection will be made based on the MALAGUISTA MEMBERSHIP CARD SENIORITY.
  • Selected participants will gain the opportunity to purchase one (1) season ticket.
  • Under no circumstances does this imply obtaining the season ticket for free.
  • Selected participants must bear the cost of the season ticket, at the price of the area where it is located, subject to availability.
  • Under no circumstances may requests be made for areas other than those available.
  • Selected participants may decline their right to purchase new season tickets, and once this decision is made, they cannot claim anything. In this case, the right will pass to the next applicant based on seniority.

In the event that, for reasons not attributable to the Organizer, the prize subject to the request cannot be carried out under the initially planned terms, the winner will not have the right to demand any type of compensation.

 

5. APPLICATION ACCEPTANCE PROCESS

  • On Monday, August 3, the number of registered applications will be reviewed.
  • If the number of registered applications exceeds the number of available season tickets, the applications will be sorted by MALAGUISTA MEMBERSHIP CARD SENIORITY NUMBER.
  • The Organizer will contact the selected participants through the phone number available in their MALAGUISTA MEMBERSHIP CARD profile starting from August 7.
  • If no response is obtained after two calls to the contact number in their membership card profile, the next applicant by membership seniority will be contacted, and the previous winner will lose their right to claim the purchase of new season tickets.
  • Users expressly accept the conditions of the form described in these participation terms by registering in it.

 

6. DISQUALIFICATION

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who fail to comply with the promotion rules. The Organizer will not be held responsible in any case for non-compliance by the participants.

 

7. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), as well as in compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, we inform you of the following aspects related to the processing of collected personal data:

·       Purpose of processing: The collected personal data will be processed to manage participation in this draw and facilitate the prize to the winner.

·       Legal basis for processing: The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject, expressed through participation in the draw. The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

·       Data sharing: Personal data will not be processed by third-party companies or organizations.

·       Exercise of rights: The data subject has the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. The data subject may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only retain them for the exercise or defense of claims, when legally applicable. In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, the data subject may object to the processing of their data. In this case, the Company will stop processing the data, except for legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims. Finally, we inform you of your right to data portability as provided in the GDPR so that your data can be provided to the Data Controller indicated by the data subject. ·       Reporting incidents: In cases where you believe that your data protection rights have been violated during processing, especially if you have not obtained satisfaction in exercising your rights, you may file a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority (agpd.es). You may also contact our Data Protection Officer at the email address provided in this information clause.

 

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Organizer and the participants in the draw submit to Spanish legislation, and expressly waive any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the city of Málaga for any dispute that may arise between them, unless one of the parties is a consumer, in which case they will submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile.
