The Oviedo-based side finished in second place in Third Division Group II, and will travel to the ‘Federación Malagueña de Fútbol’ ground next weekend for the first leg match, the return leg taking place in Asturias.

<![CDATA[Court of Arbitration for Sport confirms hearing between Malaga...]]>

Málaga Club de Fútbol and UEFA will appear at the Court of Arbitration for Sport headquarters (TAS) on 4th June 2013, located in Lausana in Switzerland in Avenida de Beaumont. In an official statement released on their website, the TAS confirms the Club’s appeal against UEFA’s decision regarding Financial Fair Play regulations, announced on 21st December 2012. The court has confirmed that a decision will be reached shortly after the hearing in June.

Málaga Club de Fútbol were back in training this morning, the last session of the week, ahead of Manuel Pellegrini allowing the team a three-day break, as this weekend’s scheduled match was brought forward to last week. Toulalan was back in normal group training today, and Willy Caballero was back working on the pitch under the instruction of physical trainer Hugo Camarero. Roque Santa Cruz, Martín Demichelis, Iturra and Julio Baptista exercised in the gym again this morning.

Atlético Malagueño and Málaga CF’s ‘Juvenil División de Honor’ team are taking part in two crucial matches this Sunday at the ‘Federación Malagueña’ ground. The Blue and Whites’ reserve team are taking on Casino del Real at midday, hoping to clinch a place in the promotion play-offs to reach Second Division B, whilst the ‘Juveniles’ take on Villareal CF in the knock-out stage of the Copa del Rey, at 5 p.m. Málaga CF members can get tickets for both these matches for just one euro, and non-members can see the Third Division game for five euros, and the Copa del Rey Juvenil match for three euros.

Card holders can purchase a maximum of two tickets for kids – up to 12 years of age – priced at just 15 euros each, for the match next Sunday 26th May. These children’s tickets are available from Friday 17th May at the Stadium’s ticket offices.

With regards to injured players, Demichelis underwent a series of tests this morning, confirming his sprained right ankle (his recovery status is still pending).

The third annual La Academia Summer Camp was officially presented in a press conference this morning at La Rosaleda Stadium, by Club Adviser, Ben Barek; José Antonio Cachaza, Business Development Manager; Salvador Moreno, La Academia Summer Camp Manager; and Málaga Club de Fútbol players, Jesús Gámez and Portillo. With a strong sporting and educational philosophy at the hands of some of the best professionals, the prices for the Summer Camp are the same as last year (including a 10% discount for ‘Malaguista’ Card holders before 15th June) with a total of four weeks to choose from. The Hotel Sol Andalusí in Alhaurín de la Torre will again be the home of this year’s Summer Camp.
