Málaga CF’s Kameni, Jesús Gámez and Weligton are currently injured. Weligton, who was forced to abandon play last Sunday at the Ciutat de Vàlencia, underwent diagnostic tests this morning at Clínicas Rincón. Medics confirmed he’s suffering with a muscular injury to the hamstring in his right leg, which means the Brazilian-born player will miss out on the next League game against Valencia CF, and perhaps further matches depending on his recovery time. Jesús Gámez is still recovering from a bruised toe on his right foot, sustained during the match against Atlético de Madrid, whilst Kameni has a strained right quadriceps muscle.
The ‘Malaguista’ was forced to abandon play in tonight’s game against Levante UD, due to a muscular injury to the hamstring in his right leg. Weligton will undergo diagnostic tests on Tuesday.
Málaga CF’s Brazilian-born centre-forward, Weligton Robson de Oliveira, underwent tests this morning to determine the extent of his injury. The player is suffering with a muscular injury in the rectus femoris of the right quadriceps, and is waiting for his recovery time to be determined. Málaga CF’s Flavio Ferreira underwent tests in Barcelona yesterday, and will begin treatment on Monday 18th November.
Málaga CF’s Weligton Robson de Oliveira will undergo surgery on his broken collarbone on Wednesday, to be undertaken by Doctor Cugat in Barcelona. Following a week of conservative treatment, the footballer’s recovery hasn’t progressed as well as hoped, and it has been decided that the Brazilian-born defender will have an operation. The estimated post-surgery recovery time is two months.
