Mastour is now a Málaga CF player

Málaga CF today received the international transfer of 17 year-old Hachim Mastour, as he is now in possession of all the documentation in order to be a member of the Club’s first team.

This summer, Málaga CF and AC Milan agreed the transfer of Moroccan international, Hachim Mastour (Reggio Emilia, Italy).  He joined the Blue and Whites at the beginning of September, but was only able to train under a conditional contract, awaiting for him to obtain his international transfer.

Mastour, who grew up in the youth categories of the Milan-based club, is just 17 years of age, an international with Morocco’s first team and one of the young talents on the international scene.  He was recently selected as one of the 50 most promising stars of world football, by prestigious English newspaper, The Guardian.

Due to the fact that the player is underage, on 31st August he had to begin the process of obtaining the necessary authorisation to apply for international transfer, as established by FIFA.  This procedure was completed today, which led to confirmation of the licence on behalf of Málaga CF, for Mastour to take part in official competitions with the ‘Malaguista’ team.
