22 of the 24 first team players trained normally today, except the not physically fit Flávio and Camacho. The Portuguese-born player underwent recovery treatment, and the midfielder from Zaragoza alternated between the gym and specific exercises using the ball, under the instruction of fitness trainer, Hugo Camarero. Goalkeeper, Aarón; midfielder, Pablo Fornals; and winger, Ontiveros were the reserve team players present in this morning’s session. Gracia’s men mainly focused on ball work today, placing special emphasis on rounds and goal-shooting practice in groups.
The team will stay at Gran Hotel Benahavís for a second night tonight, and will return to Málaga tomorrow morning for a physical activation session at La Rosaleda stadium, beginning at 11 a.m.
