The first MCF-FC Barcelona
On 25th March 2000, the first MCF-Barcelona took place at La Rosaleda in the First Division. The 30th match of the 1999/00 season ended in a 1-2 victory for Barça (Catanha/Abelardo and Kluivert). Joaquín Peiró selected the following Malaguista line-up: Contreras; Rojas, Larrainzar, Fernando Sanz, Valcarce; Ruano, De Los Santos, Movilla, Rufete; Darío Silva (Luque ’75) and Catanha.
