Club adviser, Francisco Martín Aguilar, and director general, Vicente Casado took part in the celebrations to mark the festivities of the Virgin of Pilar, with Málaga chosen this year to host the event.
The main attraction took place this morning with a military parade along with Paseo del Parque, involving 500 decorated troops.
In addition, Málaga CF, via the Club’s Foundation, is taking part in the Fun Run, organised by the Guardia Civil. The event is scheduled for the 11th October, with the start and finish line at the Ciudad de Málaga athletics stadium. The Club is raffling off a shirt signed by the first team players to be drawn amongst the participants of the Fun Run, with monies raised going to the Luis Olivares Foundation.
