Club adviser, Francisco Martín Aguilar presented the Australian Club with an ornament of a silver ship, whilst Perth Glory FC gave the ‘Malaguistas’ a didgeridoo, a traditional wind instrument used by the Aborigines of Australia.

The Blue and Whites presented Mayor of the city, Steven Yarwood, and Adelaide United president, Greg Griffin, with commemorative gifts of silver boats in the VIP area of the stadium, before the match kicked off at the Adelaide Oval.
