The Blue and Whites ended today’s training at the Marbella Football Center with a practice match against CSKA Moscow, in which six members of Málaga CF’s youth academy took part. The ‘Malaguistas’ started the day with a training session at 10:30 a.m. at the Marbella Football Center.

Málaga CF’s first team, accompanied by various players from La Academia, headed to Marbella Football Center this morning to undergo a usual training session, ahead of this afternoon’s closed training match against CSKA Moscow, taking place at the same location in Marbella.

The Blue and Whites’ defender helped his team to victory at the Nou Camp last Saturday, and this weekend he could face his ex-team, Getafe CF: “If I have the opportunity to play, it’ll be a special match. I have a lot of love and respect for that Club, for everything they gave me over the four seasons. They will prove to be a difficult rival, so I hope we play a great game and prove that the match against Barcelona wasn’t a fluke.”

As in the first round, Eduardo Prieto Iglesias from the Navarra Referee School, has been assigned by the Royal Spanish Football Federation to officiate the 25th BBVA League match of the season between Málaga Club de Fútbol and Getafe CF, on Saturday 28th February (10 p.m.) at La Rosaleda.

Málaga Club de Fútbol arrived in Barcelona this afternoon ahead of the 24th BBVA League match of the season, taking place tomorrow at the Nou Camp against FC Barcelona, kicking off at 4 p.m.

Málaga Club de Fútbol has organised a ‘Malaguista’ day for all the fans on Sunday 22nd February. From 10:30 a.m., the Blue and Whites’ first team will undergo an open training session, with the players launching footballs at the crowd who attend the Ciudad de Málaga athletics stadium. Following the training session, fans can watch the derby between Atlético Malagueño and Antequera CF at the ‘Federación Malagueña’ ground from 12:30 p.m. as the climax to a fantastic ‘Malaguista’ morning. This match is free for all Málaga CF members, who present their membership card and proof of identification.

Málaga CF is visiting the Nou Camp this weekend for the 24th BBVA League match of the season against FC Barcelona, on Saturday 21st February at 4 p.m. The Blue and Whites are travelling on a charter flight on Friday afternoon, and will return to Málaga after the game.
