The Professional Football League has communicated to Malaga Club de Fútbol a change in kick-off time for the Copa del Rey quarter-finals between Málaga CF and Athletic Club. The first leg will take place on Wednesday 21st January at 10 p.m. at La Rosaleda stadium, whilst the return leg at the Nuevo San Mamés, will be on Thursday 29th January, also at 10 p.m.
Coach, Javi Gracia and Málaga Club de Fútbol player, Ignacio Camacho, along with Coca-Cola Iberian Partners director of communications and institutional relations, Eduardo Martínez presented Coca Cola’s 10th ‘Malaguista’ calendar for 2015. Accompanying them at the presentation were Jose María Arrabal, Málaga CF’s director of business development; as well as Pío Urbano and Manuel Quijada, Coca Cola’s sales representative in Málaga and head of communications for the south-east of the Iberian peninsula, respectively. The calendar is now available in all large stores and bars throughout Málaga province.
As from today, tickets for the Copa del Rey quarter-final first leg are on sale, with Málaga CF welcoming Athletic Club to La Rosaleda on Wednesday 21st January at 10 p.m. Tickets for this match are priced at 10 euros for the ‘Fondo and Gol’ sections of the stadium and 20 euros for ‘Tribuna and Preferencia’ for Málaga CF season ticket holders, with usual seats reserved today, Thursday and tomorrow, Friday 16th. Non-season ticket holders can purchase tickets for 20 and 30 euros. Ticket for children under 12 are 5 euros. Children’s season ticket holders can enter for free.
Tickets for Málaga CF’s next League match are now on sale at La Rosaleda ticket offices. The Blue and Whites are up against Sevilla FC at the Sánchez Pizjuán stadium on Sunday 18th January at 9 p.m. The price of tickets in the visitors’ section is 20 euros.
Six year-old ‘Malaguista’, Guille was invited by the Club to enjoy tonight’s match at La Rosaleda between Málaga CF and Villarreal CF. He was photographed with the players on the pitch and watched the game from the presidential box along with his parents and brother. During half-time, vice president, Moayad Shatat presented Guille with an official Blue and Whites’ shirt bearing his name and number ‘17’. At the end of the match, his friend Duda showed him around one of the most special areas of the stadium, the team’s dressing room.
Following a busy nights work, Their Majesties from the Orient didn’t want to miss out on the 6th January celebrations at La Rosaleda, and proved that as Pope Benedict XVI said: “The Three Kings are from Andalucía.” And they also support Málaga CF. The Copa del Rey match was part of a magical day for all the young ‘Malaguistas’ who received the best present possible at La Rosaleda: a win for their team.
