The Alevín A team from MCF’s Academy and the 3rd Andaluza Benjamín have both qualified to the Final Stage of the Clubs’ Copa de Andalucía. The first defeated Granada CF by 2-1 on Saturday at Los Prados. The Malaguistas made the most of their two away goals in the first leg (3-2), and will be in the championship fight with the final four next weekend (Carchuna – Calahonda - Granada). The Benjamínes were also victorious on Friday, by 1-5 against We FC in Granada. They are now in the fight for the regional championships along with the Alevín side.
Other teams in Málaga CF’s youth ranks secured three titles in important tournaments; the Cadete A won the Mariano Carbó Tournament; the Juvenil team were proclaimed champions of the Benahavís International Football Tournament; and the Prebenjamínes won the prestigious Fútbol Carrasco Cup.
